Pumphouse Cottage is a single storey accomodation, including

• a lounge, with wood-burner, a corner sofa seating 4 people which can also be used as a guest bed, an armchair, rugs, reading lamp, coffee table
• a spacious kitchen / dining room
• a generous bathroom
• a bedroom

All rooms are well lit and have solid wooden floors, except for the tiled bathroom, the cooking area in the kitchen, the porch and the utility room. Some windows are the original sash windows, the others are double glazed new windows. All windows have either curtains or blinds *kitchen(. There is gas central heating with radiators in each room and a thermostate.
