How to book

• Letting & Pricing for self catering : Please see tariff and availability calendar for up to date availability.
• Mid-week stays, weekend stays (both min. 3 days) and full week stays are all possible.
• The accommodation is available for self-catering holiday letting from 15 April - 30 September.
• Cottage self catering tariffs:
  Full weeks from between £325 - 440 per week.
  Short breaks when available from £80.00 per night , minimum of 3 nights.
• Prices are fully inclusive, with linen being provided,

The cottage (bedroom - bathroom - lounge )is also is available as Bed & Breakfast accommodation at £80 per night. Open all year for bed & breakfast, except between Christmas and New Year

To book the cottage for self catering:

1. Check the availability of the cottage online.
2. Ring us (01263 721015) or send us an email to confirm availability. We will then email or send you our terms and conditions.
3. Print and complete the booking form, and print and sign the terms & conditions form. Send us both forms, together with a cheque for the deposit, or...
4. Alternatively, you can pay the deposit safely online by PayPal. In that case, we will have to send you an email with a link to our PayPal account.
5. The booking is only valid once the deposit has been authorised by a bank. As soon as we have received the deposit on our account, we will send you a booking confirmation.
6. Please note that the outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before your the start day of your holiday..If booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full rental is required at time of booking (see our terms & conditions)

Cancellation
We would advise hiring parties to take out holiday insurance cover against the eventuality of cancellation or curtailment of the holiday hire, and also to provide security against damage, losses and injury.

We accept credit card payments online through our secure PayPal account.
