Welcome to the website of Pumphouse Cottage, a self catering holiday accommodation in the annex of The Manor House, Trunch, UK. The holiday cottage is located in the north wing of a quality Bed and Breakfast in a lovely late Victorian house, only two miles off the North Norfolk coast - with some of the finest beaches the UK has to offer.

The accommodation is situated in a very tranquil and picturesque location on the edge of the village of Trunch, North Norfolk, UK. Pumphouse Cottage has recently been renovated and finished to a high standard. It offers single storey self catering accommodation for two persons, and it is tastefully and practically furnished. The cottage will instantly make you feel at home, with its wooden flooring, its comfortable bed and corner sofa, its cosy wood burner, its generous bathroom and the lovely kitchen/dining room.

It has its own north-west facing patio and garden, where in the evening you can enjoy Norfolk's stunning sunsets.

With all rooms at ground level, accommodation at Pumphouse Cottage is is perfectly well suited to people with limited mobility.

The well equipped kitchen offers every facility for cooking. But if you just want to relax, there are a few excellent pubs not far from us.
Pumphouse Cottage is also available as Bed & Breakfast accommodation. In that case, you can book the suite including bedroom, lounge and bathroom, but not the self-catering kitchen.

Pumphouse Cottage and The Manor House are situated in the North Norfolk Area of outstanding Natural Beauty. North Norfolk offers so many things to do, just on the doorstep of our holiday cottage: long walks along the coast and cliffs, visiting North Norfolk National Trust Estates such as Blickling or Felbrigg Hall, exploring the fine medieval city of Norwich or the market towns of North Walsham, Aylsham, Wroxham, Holt, Sheringham and Cromer close by. The Paston Way, one of a number of footpaths weaving through this historic landscape, runs along the side of the property.

The coast between Cromer and Sea Palling offers wonderful sandy and clean beaches with high cliffs and is probably amongst the less busy in the UK. Why not enjoy a relaxing break in our comfortable holiday cottage? Bring your bikes along and explore the beautiful coast or the North Norfolk Broads along the protected quiet lanes.
