Pumphouse Cottage offers flexible self catering holiday accommodation in the annexe of The Manor House, Trunch, near North Walsham, Norwich, Norfolk.
The Manor House itself is a small family-run quality bed and breakfast in a lovely late Victorian house, only two miles off the North Norfolk coast - with some of the finest beaches the UK has to offer. Our nearest coastal resort with its wonderful sandy beach is Mundesley.
We also let the holiday cottage for short breaks on a bed & breakfast basis.

Our holiday cottage provides an ideal base for a holiday for birdwatchers, walkers, bikers, golfers, anglers, or just to relax and explore the natural beauty of Norfolk’s heritage coastline or The Norfolk Broads.
North Norfolk offers so many things to do, just on the doorstep of our holiday cottage. The fine medieval city of Norwich or the market towns of North Walsham, Aylsham, Wroxham, Holt, Sheringham and Cromer are all close by.
The Blickling and Felbrigg Estates are easily accessible, as are East Ruston's Old Vicarage and Fairhaven Gardens.
The National Trust property of Sheringham Park is also within striking distance.
We accept well behaved dogs by prior arrangement. We charge £5 per dog for one night, and £10 per dog for two nights or more. You will also have to sign our dog policy when you arrive.
